New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship (Temporary) Visa subclass 461

If you are a family member of a New Zealand citizen living in Australia on a Subclass 444 Special Category Visa, you may qualify for the 461 visa. This visa allows de facto partners, spouses, and children to live and work in Australia. It is valid for up to five years.
